A culture of care

At Goodman, we empower our people to make a difference in the communities where we live and work. Through workplace giving and volunteering, our teams contribute their time, skills and expertise to support our community partners.

In FY25, through Give Back, our global giving and matching program, the Goodman team donated and raised $470,000 (including Foundation matching) for causes they feel passionate about.

Through our Do Good program, our people volunteered more than 3,000 hours, offering professional expertise such as board service, mentoring, event organisation and strategic advice alongside hands-on support like packing food, clothing or essentials for those in need.
